Partnering with God! We are God's hands and feet here on this earth.
Rescue -Evangelize (preach the gospel and personal witness) in the city and county of Jackson. Jesus’ passion for the lost becomes our passion for the lost.
Reconcile - Let people know that Jesus paid the price by dying on the cross that we could be forgiven of our sins and have a relationship with God almighty.
Restore – The heart of God and the heart of Jesus is to restore. The world is in darkness due to sin, hurts, wounds, and scars from life. Jesus came to restore life (His life) to every man, woman, and child. Jesus came to restore wholeness - spirit, soul, and body. People can be made whole by hearing and obeying God’s Word.
… God’s kingdom come His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

What is Belief?
Belief: it is what compels us, guides us, and it even makes decisions for us. It’s what makes us who we are and it’s how we are known by others. It is how we interact with everything and everyone around us. It carves out a path ahead of us whether we are consciously aware of it or not.
Let’s ask what seems to be a simple question. What if we didn’t know whether our beliefs were true or false? What would we do? To follow this interesting journey of thought, maybe we should ask ourselves another question: would we change our beliefs if we found out what we believed isn’t really true?

Our beliefs that we have incorporated into our doctrine have come from the 66 books of the bible.
Doctrine is very important to Christian faith.
More than ever in this postmodern era, it’s vitally important that you know what you believe, and why you believe it. Jesus made it very clear to His disciples that He wanted to make disciples. A disciple is simply a “disciplined one”. There are so many cults, false religions, new age movements that are not biblical and many of their practices are warned against in the bible. So you can see why Jesus wanted us to be His disciples and become disciplined in the Christian faith.
Transitioning Into Faith
Many people that come to Christ have a set of beliefs that they have already formulated in their lives either by experience, learning, or upbringing. Some of these beliefs are of great value, but they can also be completely incorrect. Once you become a Christian, there is a relearning process in which God begins to break down false ideologies that you have learned, and begins to teach you his ways. So don’t feel frustrated if you disagree with some of these beliefs at first. God understands where you are at. As long as you have an open mind to the relearning process, and allow God to do His work within you that is all that is required.
The Ultimate Objective
The ultimate objective in learning doctrine is that we get the heart of God on how to live our lives, and what is the right thing to believe, even in the midst of a generation, with declining Christian values. These are nonnegotiable tenets of faith that all Assemblies of God churches adhere to. This list is derived from the official Statement of Fundamental Truths.
